6.Black acanthosis
Dark spots on the back of the neck, which are often mistaken for mud, may suddenly turn out to be black acanthosis. This disease is characterized by the darkening and thickening of skin areas. It can occur in patients with insulin resistance, diabetes, obesity, cancer (rarely).

7. Deformed nails
If your nails are covered with small dents, similar to the marks from the needle (a symptom of a thimble), then it’s time to go to the doctor, and not to the master of the manicure. Nails can also be deformed, thickened, brown or yellow in color. Such changes occur in patients with psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, focal alopecia, pigment dermatosis and Reiter’s syndrome (joint disease).
8. Yellow eyes
Eyes are a mirror not only of the soul but also of the liver! If the whites of the eyes suddenly turn yellow – immediately consult a doctor. This may be a sign of hepatitis, cirrhosis, or a violation of bile passage through the bile ducts.
